Mission Statement
We are dedicated to providing quality call completion services, empowering persons with disabilities and other qualified individuals with independence while keeping jobs right here in America.
Headquartered in Plainview, New York we offer work-at-home opportunities to persons with disabilities, older mature adults, American Veterans and other qualified home-bound individuals. This keeps jobs in America and employs a previously untapped human resource.
Overflow, Inc. was started by former Verizon employees with a mission to use technology to assist an underutilized segment of the American population.
Meet the driving force behind Overflow
Enable Enterprises, Emerging Technologies Institute, and Overflow Inc., are proud to announce the creation of
“PROJECT EMPOWERMENT”.
This joint effort across businesses serving the occupational needs of people with disabilities, veterans, seniors, and home bound care givers, will provide these individuals a chance to start their own small companies specializing in work-at-home telephone customer service. We all know the frustration of dialing a toll free number and speaking to someone in a country other than the United States, as a consequence of these jobs being outsourced, or having to wait for over ten minutes to speak with a “live” person on the phone.
By tapping into these overlooked, underutilized, but very capable potential workforce, “PROJECT EMPOWERMENT” will accomplish two key objectives:
- Enable a heretofore less embraced segment of the population to develop job skills which can serve our companies and their clients and customers more locally.
- Assist in providing and maintaining this gainful employment in America.
All applicants will be thoroughly screened, and upon acceptance, participate in training sessions where they will learn the necessary skills to bring customer service to a whole new level. Candidates can accomplish this by taking calls for a third party company, arranged through “PROJECT
EMPOWERMENT”, by establishing themselves as independent contractors.

EMPOWERMENT” or to become part of this unique program, please call (917) 921-8017.
